  • Artistic Nudity

Won't Draw

  • Hateful/offensive/illegal content

  • Political art

  • Extreme Fetishes

General

  • Must be 18 or Older to commission me

  • My work may not be used for NFTs or AI use of any kind

  • I retain the right to refuse service for any reason

  • I retain all rights to my artwork

  • I retain the right to use my work for promotion, advertising, portfolio, etc. unless commission privacy is requested

  • Artwork may not be traced, edited, or have credit removed

  • All Intellectual property (characters/settings/etc) are copyright to their respective owner(s)

Payment, Refunds, Edits

  • Full payment required upfront

  • Quotes are valid for 14days

  • No Refund on finished work, partial refund on per-case basis

Commercial Use

  • Client must state intention for commercial use prior to payment and production, including but not limited to: Digital or Physical Sales, Game Design, Production (Game/Animation/Literature) Art, Advertisements, etc.

  • Additional fee for commercial use permission may apply

Posting And Reproduction

  • Client may post the final artwork on their social media with credit

  • Client may have the work printed or reproduced for PERSONAL use only

  • Artwork may not be printed or posted for sale without commercial use permission
