The works by Sarah Trevizo are artistic explorations of narrative created through a variety of mediums including digital illustrations and ceramic sculptures.
    Born in El Paso, Texas, she was introduced early to the concept of recording and retelling of human culture through artistic objects. From vibrant murals in the city to the delicate pottery passed down through generations, this early environment of culture expressed through the arts heavily impacted her and spurred her to take on creative pursuits.
    It was little surprise that as years passed, art became an integral part of her life. In her free time she connected with other artists through collaborative art forums and explored a wide range of artistic mediums as she developed through her own creative journey.
    Though she reveled in artistic pursuits as a hobby, it wasn't until her college years that she finally felt the freedom to indulge in the prospect of art as a career. She graduated in spring of 2020 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Ceramics at the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
    Now building from the knowledge she has gathered, Sarah works to bring forth her own narratives into her art.
